After three summer months of sunscreen, lip balm and messy beach hair we're ready to see some more glamorous makeup looks for Fall. Jane Iredale mineral cosmetics suggests three trendy eye makeups ideas in 5-steps using one product - Cream to Powder Eyeliner.
#1 Retro Pop Look
Cat eyes and strong lips create a sophisticated look that will go perfectly with your pencil skirts and heels.
1) Apply foundation and concealer and begin with a bare lid.
2) Use Black Plus Cream To Powder Eyeliner by Jane Iredale to tightly line the upper lash line and wiggle the color right into your lashes. Smoorth the line so it is even.
3) Extend the color out and up past the outer corner of your eye - For more drama trace over the line a bit higher up the lid making it thicker.
4) Try flipping up the outer edge for a more flirtatious take. You can play with the wing itself and extend it out farther or keep it more subtle and in line with the edge of your eye.
5) Coat lips with a classic red like Carrie PureMoist LipColour or modern coral gloss like Melon PureGloss.
#2 Purple Passion Look
Traditional fall eye makeup that will look beautiful with your new camel coat or this season's rich army greens.
1) With Camouflage Brush or your finger apply a tiny amount of Lemon Lid Primer to diffuse redness on the lids and along the lower lash line.
2) From the lash line to the brow use your Camouflage Brush to apply the lighest shade from the Plum Plus Cream To Powder by Jane Iredale - Fade it out as you go up then blend the color off of the brow bone for a lush dewy look.
3) Apply medium shade to the outer half of the lid.
4) Line the upper and lower lash lines almost all the way around with the darkest shade using the Detail Brush.
5)Add a little bit of the lightest shade in the inner corner of the eye if you like.
#3 Bronze Age Look
Sexy up your chunky knit sweaters, break out the animal prints or rock this one with a shearling coat.
1) Thickly layer the lightest shade of Black/Brown Plus Cream To Powder all over the lid up to the crease.
2) Using the Detail Brush line around the entire eye with the darkest shade.
3) Extend the top liner into a thick cat eye with the darkest shade using the Detail Brush.
4) Smudge over the dark eyeliner with a medium shade.
5) Pat away excess product and swipe a bit of PurePressed or Amazing Base over this to set it.
